About

Empowering Voices in a Safe and Supportive Space

Are you seeking a therapist who can offer a nurturing, safe, and non-judgmental space to feel heard, validated, and supported on your journey of self-understanding, self-discovery, exploration, and healing? This is the kind of space I am committed to creating for you. My approach to therapy encompasses various modalities, including Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS, Level 1 trained), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR certified), and Attachment-focused therapy, among others. We will work together to make sense of your current struggles, behaviors, and emotions, and explore how they connect to past life experiences, to re-envision your future. With a wealth of experience gained from working in both inpatient and clinical settings of eating disorder treatment centers, I am here to support clients dealing with a range of mental health issues. My expertise extends to anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and addictive behaviors. Your well-being is my top priority. Our relationship is of the utmost importance to me, and I will always strive to treat you with respect, empathy, and compassion. I am passionate about helping you unlock your full potential and take a holistic approach to healing. I firmly believe in your ability to find healing and meaning in life, and I would be honored to be part of your journey. Please call or email me to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation and determine if we're a good fit.
